Recently we did an apprentice exchange with one of our partner companies, Wälischmiller Engineering GmbH in Germany.
Two of their apprentices, Melvin and Raphael came to us at Bendalls for the first week where they had the opportunity to learn about our products and services and try out some of our work techniques, the English language was also a good challenge for them.
The following week, our apprentices Paul and Thomas went over to Germany where they were given the opportunity to learn more about robotics and remote handling systems, and they also got to work on a couple of projects. Of course, various leisure activities were included too!
Overall this was a great opportunity for the apprentices, and they all really enjoyed the exchange.
