We are delighted to celebrate the success of Jodie, whose journey with us is a testament to hard work and dedication.
Jodie joined our team in 2023, starting as a Receptionist. It wasn’t long before her talents and commitment to excellence became clear. Recognising her potential, she transitioned into a Trainee Quality Engineer role, taking on new challenges with enthusiasm.
As part of her development, Jodie began studying for a Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Operator qualification and has been making great progress in this specialised field.
Her efforts have now been formally recognised, winning the Apprentice Excellence Award from Lavender International NDT. This award highlights her dedication to learning, her growing expertise, and her commitment to advancing in her career.
We are really proud of all that Jodie has accomplished so far and are excited to see what she achieves next in her career journey. Congratulations, Jodie! 🙌
