Congratulations to our amazing 1st and 3rd year apprentices! 🎉 from Bendalls Engineering and NW Total Engineering Solutions for participating in an outward-bound week at the Eskdale Centre part of The Outward-Bound Trust.
Throughout the week they participated in a variety of activities pushing their limits and learning invaluable skills and insight about themselves.
It was inspiring to see how much they supported each other, and how resilient they were even when braving the elements of a cold tarn!
We are extremely proud of our apprentices thank you for representing us with such enthusiasm and determination 💪
Thanks also to the team members who went along to support – Barry Gardner (Production Manager), Gary Strick (Machine Shop Manager), Ashley Combe (Foreman) and Dean Stalker (Foreman). It gave them a great insight into how the guys work, and where they can set personal professional development goals!
