We are extremely proud of our apprenticeship programme which we run in conjunction with Lakes College at our in-house Skills Academy. We have 34 apprentices at Bendalls, and they are not just trainees, they are the backbone of our future success.
The success of this programme would not be possible without the skills and knowledge of our tradesman who pass down their experience. Together we are shaping the future of our industry and seeing our apprentices grow and succeed is incredibly rewarding.
We are thrilled to announce the winners of this year’s Apprentice of the Year Awards. It was incredibly challenging to choose just one apprentice from each year group, given the exceptional talent and dedication displayed by all our apprentices. However, after much deliberation, we are proud to recognise the following individuals for their outstanding contributions during 2024:
