We’re incredibly proud to share that our Project Engineering Director, Aileen Vollert, has been named in the Top 100 at The Manufacturer Awards 2025, as part of the Young Pioneer category! 🏆
The award celebrates individuals making an impact disproportionate to their years – and Aileen has done just that! She first joined us as an intern in 2016 at 20-year-old while studying in Germany, then made the move to the UK permanently in 2019 to become our Nuclear Products Manager. Her talent and commitment saw her promoted to Project Engineering Director just four years later! 🙌🏼
Aileen brings drive, expertise, and leadership to everything she does – playing a key role in some of our most complex projects. This award is a well-deserved recognition of her achievements and the bright future ahead.
