👋 A big welcome to our eight new Welding & Fabrication apprentices!
They’ve joined us for inductions and officially start their four-year training journey on Monday 8th September at the Bendalls Engineering Skills Academy in association with Lakes College.
It’s an exciting time to be starting — we’ve also just been named a Regional finalist in the National Apprenticeship and Skills Awards! A fantastic recognition of the opportunities our Skills Academy is creating for the next generation of engineers.
We’re looking forward to seeing our new apprentices grow their skills and take the first steps in what we hope will be long and rewarding careers. 💡🔧
