Jodie’s journey with us has been nothing short of inspiring. Starting as our Receptionist with no engineering experience, she quickly proved her determination, high standards, and passion for learning. That drive led to her progression into a Trainee Quality Engineer role, now qualified Quality Engineer where she continues to excel.
Earlier this year, she also passed her PCN Level 2 Weld Inspection qualification with flying colours — another huge milestone in her development.
