Great to support Caldew School’s Year 11 Work Ready Day.
During the morning students rotated round a number of workshops including how to market themselves, interview techniques, team building and CV and application form advice.
In the afternoon employee Ashleigh took part in the mock interview sessions, giving students valuable feedback as they prepare for their next steps into college, apprenticeships, and future careers.
Well done to all the students involved — a brilliant effort from everyone. 👏✨
