We’re incredibly proud to share that we have been awarded Highly Commended in the Apprentice Employer of the Year category at the HM Government National Apprenticeship & Skills Awards Finals in London. 
Apprentices are at the heart of our growth — shaping our skills pipeline, strengthening our internal capabilities, and helping to secure the long-term sustainability of our business.
The judges highlighted the impact of the Bendalls Engineering Skills Academy in association with Lakes College, the breadth of experience our apprentices gain across multiple disciplines, and the contribution our programme makes to Cumbria’s engineering and manufacturing sector. That feedback means a great deal.
