Congratulations to Thomas, Daniel and Liam (pic 1 left to right) who have successfully passed their End Point Assessment (EPA) in Machining, and to Paul and Margaret (pic 2 left and right with Production Manager Barry Gardner) who have achieved their EPA in Welding and Fabrication.

Passing the EPA marks the final stage of an apprenticeship and reflects years of dedication, learning and hands-on experience. Throughout their apprenticeships, they have developed the practical skills, technical knowledge and professionalism needed to succeed in engineering. From operating CNC machinery and producing precision components, to fabricating and welding structural assemblies, each of them has demonstrated real commitment to developing their craft. They should all be incredibly proud of what they’ve accomplished!

A huge well done to all five — we look forward to seeing where their careers take them next! 💪🏻
