NMHA reporting submissions were reviewed at the latest quarterly health and safety meeting. Those which have had the greatest impact on safety were rewarded with vouchers through the company reward and recognition scheme. As a company, we continuously strive to improve on our health and standards, and activiely encourage suggestions from all of our employees.
